¶ Welcome to the Meshmerize Licensing Portal User guide
To begin your journey with the Meshmerize Licensing Portal, you will receive an invitation to the Portal from a Meshmerize team member.

¶ Account
- MyAccount page contains two section one is Profile and Company. Profile contains all the basic information of the account and a fixed Email which is set by getting access through initial invitation.
- In the Company section, one can see all the company details, statistics and licenses which is similar to dashboard page overview. There is a Device auto renew option which can be modified anytime to decide whether to renew the licenses automatically or not.
Note: While the majority of account and company fields are editable, constraints apply to account deletions, especially concerning the Last Admin. The Last Admin refers to the final remaining administrator for a company. This admin cannot be deleted to avoid unintentional deletion of company details and associated licenses. To fully remove an account with its company details, the user must contact us directly.
¶ Users
Access to the Users page is exclusively granted to users with an Admin role.
- Invite User: Click the green button in the top-right corner and enter the user’s email in the pop-up window to add a new user.
- All tab lists users who accepted their invitations. Clicking on the email will give an in-depth detailed view of the users. With the admin role user can deactivate (Deactivate user) or activate user and delete user (Delete user) profile.
- The Pending tab lists users who have received an invitation but have not completed registration. Click a user’s email to view their details, change their role to Read Only, Manager, or Admin, resend the invitation, or delete the user.

¶ License types
Meshmerize provides a variety of licensing solutions tailored to different deployment scales and business types. The overview at meshmerize.net/plans provides an initial look at the available licenses.
¶ Dashboard
The Dashboard provides an overview of the account. The Company Information section shows the number of deployments, users, and devices. The Licenses section displays license details, including the number of active, available, and total licenses, with an option to purchase additional licenses if your company is able to buy licenses through the portal.
¶ Purchasing licenses - Purchase cart
Purchasing licenses can be started through the Dashboard or the Prices page by clicking on Purchase for the licensing prices are enabled for your company.
Clicking the Purchase Button opens up the Purchase cart popup window that appears to add items to the cart.
Clicking the Purchase button in the Purchase cart will redirect the user to the payment form to provide payment details.
Following a successful transaction, users will be redirected to the dashboard.
Note: An important thing to remember is that a single order can purchase multiple entitlements, but only of one type.
¶ Devices
- Devices page displays a list of devices registered under a company with all the relevant information shown in the picture below. The Devices page allows users to view, filter, and sort devices with Toggle Filter, download license files for selected devices or all devices currently shown based on filters with Download all licenses, and issue licenses for new devices with License new device.
- Clicking on the MAC of the device will provide the full information on the device and also an auto renew option would let the existing devices have new licenses.
¶ Device Form - Converting purchased licenses
The Device Form is designed to facilitate the conversion of purchased volumes into corresponding licenses. The form includes:
- Enter device MAC addresses in the table to license devices (one MAC address equals one license).
- Optionally add device details such as model, manufacturer, and tags.
- Select the license type and view the number of entered devices and available entitlements.
- Click Issue licenses to assign licenses if sufficient entitlements are available; otherwise, you will be prompted to purchase additional licenses.
- Use Insert Multiple MACs to add several MAC addresses at once (one per line), which will automatically populate the table.
- Any entered data is temporarily saved in the browser, preventing loss if the page is refreshed or if you leave the page to purchase additional licenses.
¶ Hive Deployments
The Deployments page lists all deployments and shows key details including the deployment name, license type, current status (Created, Running, Exited, or Error), version, total registered devices under a specific deployment, active devices (updated every minute), and creation date.

To set up a new deployment, click Create Deployment, then enter a Name (used to identify the deployment in the portal and Hive interface), define a unique Subdomain (part of the deployment URL), select the Hive Version, and click Save to create the deployment.
The Deployment view page displays detailed information about the selected deployment, including its status, version, device counts, and backups. From this page, users can Start or Delete the deployment. Additionally, Grant access section is used to grant access to other users for the specific deployment.
Note: Access is restricted to company-affiliated users. When giving access, users decide if the person should have admin privileges or not by checking the appropriate box.

¶ Orders
The Orders page lists all orders with details such as order number, license type, price, and status (New, Paid, Unpaid or Failed), and allows users to filter, sort, and navigate through pages for easier order management.
Order details page additionally shows key details such as entitlement count.
