To begin your journey with the Meshmerize Licensing Portal, you will receive an invitation to the Portal from a Meshmerize team member.

Note: While the majority of account and company fields are editable, constraints apply to account deletions, especially concerning the Last Admin. The Last Admin refers to the final remaining administrator for a company. This admin cannot be deleted to avoid unintentional deletion of company details and associated licenses. To fully remove an account with its company details, the user must contact us directly.
Access to the Users page is exclusively granted to users with an Admin role.

Meshmerize provides a variety of licensing solutions tailored to different deployment scales and business types. The overview at meshmerize.net/plans provides an initial look at the available licenses.
The Dashboard provides an overview of the account. The Company Information section shows the number of deployments, users, and devices. The Licenses section displays license details, including the number of active, available, and total licenses, with an option to purchase additional licenses if your company is able to buy licenses through the portal.

Purchasing licenses can be started through the Dashboard or the Prices page by clicking on Purchase for the licensing prices are enabled for your company.
Clicking the Purchase Button opens up the Purchase cart popup window that appears to add items to the cart.
Clicking the Purchase button in the Purchase cart will redirect the user to the payment form to provide payment details.
Following a successful transaction, users will be redirected to the dashboard.
Note: An important thing to remember is that a single order can purchase multiple entitlements, but only of one type.


The Device Form is designed to facilitate the conversion of purchased volumes into corresponding licenses. The form includes:

The Deployments page lists all deployments and shows key details including the deployment name, license type, current status (Created, Running, Exited, or Error), version, total registered devices under a specific deployment, active devices (updated every minute), and creation date.

To set up a new deployment, click Create Deployment, then enter a Name (used to identify the deployment in the portal and Hive interface), define a unique Subdomain (part of the deployment URL), select the Hive Version, and click Save to create the deployment.

The Deployment view page displays detailed information about the selected deployment, including its status, version, device counts, and backups. From this page, users can Start or Delete the deployment. Additionally, Grant access section is used to grant access to other users for the specific deployment.

Note: Access is restricted to company-affiliated users. When giving access, users decide if the person should have admin privileges or not by checking the appropriate box.

The Orders page lists all orders with details such as order number, license type, price, and status (New, Paid, Unpaid or Failed), and allows users to filter, sort, and navigate through pages for easier order management.

Order details page additionally shows key details such as entitlement count.
