The Account page provides a form detailing all user-specific information.
The Account Email is fixed and cannot be modified. For any changes to that email, a new user must be invited. After that, the original account can be deleted.
Users holding the Admin role have access to an additional Company tab, which provides:
Company Detail Modification:
Name
Email (necessary for billing operations)
Address (also for billing purposes)
Device Auto-renew checkbox: This sets the default Auto-renew option for new devices and can be modified for individual devices later on.
Statistics Overview: This section gives a snapshot similar to the Dashboard page, detailing company activities and license data.
While the majority of account and company fields are editable, constraints apply to account deletions, especially concerning the Last Admin. The Last Admin refers to the final remaining administrator for a company. This admin cannot be deleted to avoid unintentional deletion of company details and associated licenses. To fully remove an account with its company details, the user must contact us directly.
Access to the Users page is exclusively granted to users with an Admin role. The User List on this page is categorized into two tabs:
Active Users: Users who accepted their invitations.
Pending Users: Users who received invitations but haven't completed their registration.
An Invite Button can be found on the Users page. This button, when activated, presents a popup prompt requesting an email address. Once submitted, an invitation will be created, and an email will be sent to the specified user.
The User Details Page offers an in-depth view of individual user profiles and has the following functionalities:
Role Modification: Admins have the capability to alter a user's role. However, altering one's own role is not permitted.
User Status Management: Users can be activated or deactivated. Please note that self-deactivation is not an available function.
Resend Invitation: For users in the Pending category, there's an option to resend the invitation.
User Deletion: Allows user removal. As a safeguard, users are unable to delete their own accounts.

The dashboard serves as the central hub of your Meshmerize Licensing Portal account, providing an overview of the company’s data and activity within the portal. The following information can be found here:
Company Information: Displays the company's registered details.
Deployment Volume: Provides insight into the active and available deployments of the company. Further details can be found in the Deployment Volume section.
Users: Displays the total number of users affiliated with the company's portal account.
Devices: Indicates the total number of devices associated with the company's portal account.
Licenses: Gives an overview of the company's licenses, categorized by license type. It shows the number of active licenses, available licenses, and the total licenses for each type.
Purchasing licenses can be started through the Dashboard or the Prices page by clicking on Purchase. This opens the Purchase cart popup window that appears with the following components:
License Selection: Selecting from three types of licenses.
Quantity Input: The number of licenses for purchase.
Total Cost: This will auto-update based on the license type and quantity chosen.
Clicking the Purchase button in the Purchase cart will redirect the user to the Stripe payment form to provide payment details.
Following a successful transaction, users will be redirected to the portal's Orders page. A notification confirming the transaction will be displayed. If the process was initiated from the Device form, an option labeled "Continue Licensing" will be conveniently positioned on the top right for further actions.
Devices page displays a list of devices registered under a company. On this page, the following information is displayed:
MAC Address: The unique identifier for each device.
Additional Device Fields: Fields typically populated by the device, especially if it uses the self-configure portal of the LUCI App. This includes attributes like the device's name and model.
Tags: Custom tags that a user can assign to the devices.
Auto-renew Setting: defines if the time limited licenses (Professional and Enterprise) will be prolonged after their expiration. More details can be found in the License Auto-renew section.
Block with active device licenses
Block with expired device licenses
Features available on the Devices page include filtering and sorting the devices, downloading existing licenses and issuing licenses for either existing or new devices.
Clicking on the Download all licenses button will generate a license file. This is how it works:
With selection: The license file will only include the licenses for the selected devices.
Without selection: The license file will capture licenses from all devices that are currently displayed based on set filters.
Clicking on the License new device button redirects the user to the Device form page, which allows the user to issue new licenses. If any devices are selected before this action, the form will automatically populate with the MAC addresses of those chosen devices.
The Device Form is designed to facilitate the conversion of purchased volumes into corresponding licenses. The form includes:
MAC Addresses table - allows for the input of MAC addresses.
Note: One MAC address corresponds to one license.
License type selection, as well as the dynamic information about available volume and a number of entered MACs,
Submit Button actions
Sufficient Licenses: If the company possesses an adequate number of licenses, clicking this button will assign the licenses. Upon successful assignment, a confirmation message will appear, redirecting users to the Devices list.
Insufficient Licenses: In cases where the license count falls short, a purchase prompt will appear, indicating the additional quantity required.
Insert Multiple MACs button - activates a text input area designed for batch licensing by allowing multiple MAC address entries. Ensure each address occupies a separate line. Post entry, these addresses will populate the main MAC address table.
Data integrity is paramount. If the form is exited abruptly or the page is refreshed, the input data is retained in the browser's Local Storage. This safeguard ensures data preservation in circumstances such as:
Unexpected navigation away from the form, for instance, to purchase additional licenses.
The Deployments section presents a comprehensive list of ongoing deployments. This view includes details such as:
License Type - Specifies the kind of the deployment license.
Health Status - Reflects the current status of the deployment. Potential statuses are Created, Running, Exited, or Error.
Total number of devices registered under the specific deployment.
Active device count, accurate to a 1-minute interval.
For more information on Deployment management, refer to theHive - User Guidepage.
To set up a new deployment, ensure the completion of three mandatory fields:
Name: Determines the designation of the deployment both within the Portal and the Hive's header.
Subdomain: Define a unique subdomain. This becomes a part of the deployment's URL.
License Type: Specifies the license type for the deployment.
Deployment view page offers detailed information about the deployment. Additionally, there is a section used to grant access to other users for the specific deployment.
Note: Access is restricted to company-affiliated users. When giving access, users decide if the person should have admin privileges or not by checking the appropriate box.

The order management segment is divided into two primary components:
1. Orders list displays all orders, including New, Failed, and Paid. Users can filter, sort, and paginate through the orders for efficient navigation.
2. Order details page additionally shows key details such as total price, discount, license type, and entitlement count. Depending on the conditions, one of the following action buttons may be displayed:
Continue Purchase: Appears if the order status is "New", indicating an initiated but unfinished purchase process.
Proceed to License Purchase: Presented when inspecting the latest order and contingent on the presence of saved MAC addresses in the browser. This implies a return from the payment gateway, facilitating a smooth continuation of the purchase.
Note: An important thing to remember is that a single order can purchase multiple entitlements, but only of one type. For instance, combining Standalone and Pro entitlements within a single order is not possible.
Allocating New Deployments: For every set of 10 licenses purchased, the company will receive an additional deployment. This allocation starts from the first license, such as at the 1st, 11th, 21st, 31st license, and so on.
Deployment Status: A deployment remains active even when it's halted. To free up deployment volume, the deployment must be fully deleted.
License Auto-renew can be enabled through the Account page - Company tab.
When a device utilizes time-limited licenses, such as Pro or Enterprise, and has the Auto-renew setting activated, the following workflow is applied:
A day before the license expires, a new license of the same type will be created for the device, given that the owning company has available entitlements.
The missing day will be added to the device's license validity.
If the company lacks the required entitlement type, no action will occur.
The auto-renew process operates solely on the portal side, independent of the device holding the time-limited license. Once the license ends, the device recognizes the expiration and seeks a new license from the portal. If the new license has been issued, the device will receive it. Otherwise, Meshmerize will stop working on the device.
The recommended procedure for obtaining licenses for the devices is outlined below:
Purchase hardware.
Sign up to the Meshmerize Licensing Portal.
(Optional) Purchase licenses for the devices.
Power on the device and navigate to the LUCI App's Self-configure device page.
Once per each device, enter the credentials (username and password) to register and link the device to the company on the portal.
The device sends a verification request to the portal.
If credentials are valid, the device gets a personal API key for future license retrievals, independent of the current user.
The device attempts to retrieve a license.
If a license has already been allocated, the device will download it.
If not, the device will be shown in a list of unlicensed devices on the portal.
Upon license expiration (Pro and Enterprise), the device will ask the portal for a new license.
If the Auto-renew feature issued a new license and the company had the necessary entitlements, the device will receive the license.
If not, an error occurs, and Meshmerize will not initiate.
Note: If the device registration process is skipped and a license is manually added to the device, the device cannot download a new license once the time-limited license expires.
